Oluxebags Policy At Oluxebags, our primary goal is to maintain the highest standards of quality and authenticity for all luxury items we offer. We take meticulous care in verifying each item before it is made available for sale to ensure its authenticity, so the likelihood of any item being deemed inauthentic is exceptionally low.

Order Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel an order, please note that a cancellation fee of 3% will be applied. This fee is necessary because once an item is purchased, it is marked as 'out of stock,' preventing other customers from purchasing it. We do not accept returns, so this fee also helps offset the lost opportunity for others to acquire the item.

Return Policy All sales at Oluxebags are considered final, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. The only exception to this policy is if the item does not match the description provided or is found to be inauthentic. In the unlikely event that this occurs, the customer must provide substantial proof that the item is not authentic. If the claim is validated, we will gladly issue a refund.

For a return to be accepted under this condition, the item must be in the same condition as it was upon delivery, without signs of use, alteration, or damage. All original tags must be intact, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy Due to the pre-owned and vintage nature of our products, all items are final sale, and we do not offer refunds, with a few exceptions. These exceptions include:

  • If the item is proven to be inauthentic (customer must provide verifiable proof).

  • If the item received does not match the description provided at the time of sale.

  • If the item has significant issues not disclosed in the description.

We ask customers to remember that most of our items are pre-loved, and signs of wear are to be expected.

Return Request Timeframe Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. After this period, the item is no longer eligible for return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within approximately 5-7 days. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once it has been issued by Oluxebags.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Coverage Domestic: We currently offer free shipping to all regions within the United States.

Shipping Providers Domestic: USPS, UPS

Shipping Costs FREE within the United States.

We do not ship Internationally at this time. However, we hope to offer this service in the near future.

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

Order Tracking After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Responsibility Policy Oluxebags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping provider. In case of any issues, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
